Nigerian producer Niphkeys partnered with emerging Nigerian talents Zinoleesky and BNXN for the single “Close To Me”.
The track showcases a combination of Afrobeats, street pop, and amapiano influences. The track showcases melodic verses that explore the nuances of approaching a romantic interest.
BNXN, a 27-year-old artist, is recognized for his seamless fusion of Afropop, R&B, and hip-hop genres. Zinoleesky, a 26-year-old innovator in the street pop genre, is affiliated with Naira Marley’s Marlian Music label.
Niphkeys, a 30-year-old from Ogun State, has been creating beats since 2016 and has recently produced Zinoleesky’s EP Grit & Lust.
