VeryDarkMan pleads with Davido for Dammy Krane’s release from jail

A famous Nigerian social media star, VeryDarkMan (VDM) who recently made a heartfelt request on Instagram.

VDM asked the singer Davido to help release another artist named Dammy Krane from cell.

VDM is making the claim that Davido is responsible for Krane’s arrest and is urging him to think again and give Krane another opportunity.

On August 28, 2024, VDM expressed his concerns in a post that quickly caught the attention of many Nigerians. “David Adeleke, also known as Davido, you are like a brother to me.”

“I know that you’re a good person and not someone who oppresses others,” VDM said, directly addressing the singer.

VDM recounted a situation at a police station where he claims to have witnessed Dammy Krane being held in custody.

While he was at the station to express his gratitude to the officers, he happened to notice a famous person with dreadlocks being held in a cell.

He was surprised when he requested to see the individual in the cell and discovered that it was Dammy Krane, someone he hadn’t anticipated encountering.

VDM wrote about a conversation he had with Krane, where Krane supposedly claimed that Davido was the reason behind his imprisonment.

VDM stated that Krane alleged that Davido had caused him to be imprisoned, even though they were still having disagreements.

VDM also mentioned that Krane had frequently voiced his criticism of Davido in public.

VDM then expressed a sincere request to Davido: “I would like to assist Dammy Krane by sending him money for food, but more importantly, I am asking you, Davido, to set him free.”

You are not an oppressor, and this behavior is not typical of you.

Please, can you give him another opportunity?
This plea comes only a few weeks after Dammy Krane accused Davido of attempting to frame and oppress him.

Krane had previously mentioned that if anything were to happen to him, he would consider Davido to be responsible.
