Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu granted N10 million to the eight finalists of the third Amplifier Business Clinic and Pitch Contest.
Yesterday, Sanwo-Olu announced the closing of the 2024 International Youth Day, themed ‘From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development’, at Campos Square, Lagos Island.
100 young entrepreneurs will receive tools, information, and resources at the Amplifier Business Clinic and Pitch Contest to help them turn their ideas into profitable, sustainable businesses.
The winner, Maryam Atolagbe, received N2.5 million. According to Governor Sanwo-Olu, the grant was an investment in beneficiaries’ dreams that would help the state’s economy.
He said the topic highlighted his vision in using digital technology to connect state youth to a sustainable and successful future.
